Once completed, you may either mail or scan and email to the State Pageant Office. Payment of deposit ($100) or full entry fee should accompany the form, or for your convenience, you may pay using Paypal

AD Page:           $250.00 Full Page AD 

Total Fees:         $845.00  

Pageant Program Book Ad Pages -  Minimum of one Black & White AD and/or Sponsor Page per contestant. Color pages are available for inside covers or back cover (contact me for cost).
